Complexities and unique challenges within each group are natural, and expected, but if there is something you think we need to know about, such as a recent loss, or special needs, we are inclusive of all. Just let us know so we can plan the program effectively.
And if what you need is not on this site, send us a note anyway. A good number of the sessions here started as somebody's specific problem.
